The apartment (120 sqm) in the green is equipped with 3 bedrooms for 6 people. The open living and kitchen area has a magnificent view of nature. The outdoor lounge on the terrace with an adjacent sea of flowers invites you to linger. For cozy evenings, various barbecue facilities and a fire bowl are available. The apartment is located in a small part of the village with approx. 50 inhabitants. The next largest town is about 8 km away. The nearest baker is about 4 km away.

The apartment is within walking distance to (almost) everything the seaside town of Bremerhaven has to offer. In the evening, you can enjoy the lights in the marina area and the Weser Pond is also a 2-minute walk. Underground parking, the glazed elevator and the unique view will make your stay a relaxing experience. Since we all like to travel, it was our great concern to offer an apartment that is cozy, yet modern and stylish.

Only a few minutes walk to all sights (e.g. Klimahaus, Auswandererhaus, Zoo am Meer), the Weser dike, the pedestrian zone or the university. - Pets are welcome on request. - Check-in: "Flexible" - Since I come from out of town, the key delivery should be arranged in advance. I will try to take your wishes into account.

There are three bedrooms and a large living and dining area with a passage to the kitchen. A bathroom and a guest toilet are also available. In the back there is also a balcony towards the courtyard.
