The apartment with about 120 m² of living space is located on the 2nd floor of a two-family house. There is a bedroom with a double bed 1.80 m x 2 m and in another room a box spring bed with 1.4 m x 2 m. In addition to the spacious bathroom, there is a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (see photos). Free street parking is available.

It is located in a quiet allotment site on the edge of the forest and offers a unique view of the Further Valley. The accommodation is just a few minutes' drive from the beautiful town of Landshut. This small 1-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom, all handicapped-friendly and wheelchair accessible, is located in the Holledau. Animals and children run around on our farm. Otherwise, it is quite quiet due to the secluded location. The apartment has its own entrance and a small terrace with lots of greenery for walking. Pets are also welcome for an extra charge (€15.00). During the day you can leave the dogs in the guesthouse next door (register beforehand)

The spacious loft for two to three adults or two adults and two children has a double bed (1.60 x 2 m) and a sofa bed (1.45 x 2 m). A private bathroom, which is currently separated by a curtain, and a well-equipped kitchen are available. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be reached via its own entrance. A balcony is available. Pets are welcome!

McDonalds, bakery and supermarkets (REWE, V-Markt) are only 500 m away and within easy walking distance.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
