El apartamento cuenta con tres dormitorios, uno de ellos con cama de 150 cms, el segundo dormitorio con dos camas individuales de 90 cms y el tercero con una cama 250cms y otra de 205cms. El dormitorio 3 se abrirá cuando la reserva sea de más de 4 personas. El dormitorio 3 solo se habilitará cuando la reserva sea de más de 4 personas. Si desea usarlo y son menos personas tiene un suplemento de 20€/noche. Todos los dormitorios cuentan con aires acondicionado frío/calor. Tiene dos cuartos de baños completos. Dos dormitorios tienen salida independiente a la tranquila y relajada terraza. Se habilitarán las habitaciones necesarias en función del número de huéspedes. Para reservas de 4 o menos huéspedes solo estarán disponibles dos dormitorios, el 1 y el 2. La cocina está totalmente equipada: lavadora, microondas, Nespresso, cafetera italiana, tostador, hervidor de agua. Secador de pelo en el baño. Disponible cuna y bañera si lo solicitan. Vistas a la cornisa del aljarafe, siendo habitual avistar a dos parejas de águilas calzadas. No se comparte ninguna zona. Todo el apartamento está disponible para nuestros huéspedes. Visitas no están permitidas. Hay una cámara de seguridad en el exterior.

The apt has a private gallery entrance and on the first floor there are two bedrooms with high quality double beds, a lovely sitting room with wood burning stove, a library of interesting books and a piano. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower-over-bath and shower cubicle. On the second floor we find a lovely kitchen with original tiled flooring, a pantry, washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower unit. The kitchen opens out onto a conservatory with sofa, dining table and chairs and onto a terrace with views over the city and the nearby Barroque church of San luis de las franceses. It is located in Gelves, the bus stop is 4 min away. The metro is 10 min by car, Seville center 20 min by car, supermarkets and banks on the next street. Easy street parking. It is a quiet town and there is not much to do, it is advisable to have a vehicle, public transport is not very good.
