If you want to use it and there are fewer people, there is a supplement of €20/night. All bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning. There are two fully equipped bathrooms. For bookings of 4 guests or fewer, only two bedrooms will be available: 1 and 2. The kitchen is fully equipped: washing machine, microwave, Nespresso machine, Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Hairdryer in the bathroom. Cot and baby bath available on request. Views of the Cornisa del Aljarafe, where it's common to spot two pairs of booted eagles. No areas are shared. The entire apartment is available to our guests. Visitors are not allowed. There's a security camera outside.
