There were three of us skiing on the weekend and we were looking for an apartment for one night and came across this apartment. The apartment is ideal for shorter, but also longer trips. The amenities were more than sufficient, there was everything you need and much more, such as an Alexa on the dining table with which you can listen to music well, good for us as we had forgotten a jukebox. The bed was very soft and very comfortable, but also the stylish sofa bed was very good and also very large, so you could easily sleep 2 people on it. I would definitely come back, full recommendation from me

We spent a few days at Sofia's farm during the (Lower Saxon) Easter holidays and felt super comfortable. Sofia personally welcomed us and showed us the beautiful apartment. We were able to get fresh eggs from the chickens running around on the farm outdoors, as well as very tasty pepper juice from local orchards from the nearby Lenggries area. The apartment is housed in an outbuilding on the property, so you can go on vacation very private and for yourself, but if necessary and your own wish, it is also involved in farm life with its residents (Sofia's family with adult daughters and very friendly husband) and has nice contact with interesting conversations. We sat on the beautiful balcony every evening and enjoyed the fantastic view of the nearby Alps (it was very warm in Bavaria during our stay before Easter). Thank you Sofia, we will be happy to come back!

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. I was alone in this huge house. But I counted the beds and matched the details. Also nicely divided for 9 guests. In my opinion, "Tim" is not a person, but a synonym. The house is professionally managed by an administration. I'm sure I didn't communicate with any Tim. There was no phone contact. Was also not necessary, I got all the information here. The rest was self-explanatory. I was definitely satisfied, even if the townhouse is not quite as shown in the photos. So 1980s but ok and clean in a quiet settlement and definitely worth the money. Thank you, Nina! This was one of the best stays, we immediately felt like home. The apartment was super clean and modern. It was light and kitchen had anything, along with Nespresso machine. The building was super tradicional from outside, but really modern on the inside, with a lot of cute touches. You could feel Nina hosts with heart :-). She was super helpful and kind, we had a really good feeling after meeting her. We would love to come back anytime. Such a nice stay, that it made our winter holiday in Kaprun ever better!

Just beautiful! We felt very comfortable and would have preferred not to move out at all. The area is a dream, everything important is within walking distance, you are super fast at the lake and the house is also beautiful. We really didn't miss anything. Everything was also provided for our children, changing mat, high chair... Everything was there. Our dog was also welcome, which pleased us very much, as it is not easy to find nice accommodations with a dog. It was very quiet and we had lots of space. The terrace is huge and the sauna is also great! I'm sure we'll be back! Thank you for everything!

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

We stayed at Christof's beautiful place in the spring with our two kids. The house is fantastically beautiful, and the complex (garden with pool, sauna, bathtub,...) is also a dream. The children had their fun in the pool and we parents had a cozy time with sauna and Co. We especially liked the cleanliness and the modern yet cozy furnishings in the house. We had a great time as a family and would love to come back.

We were on vacation for the first time in southeastern Bavaria for a week. Tobias and Alexandra's house was just right for that. The loving and cozy accommodation with the fully equipped kitchen was a good starting point for our activities to Munich (about 1 hour), Salzburg (55 min) or Lake Chiemsee (20 min). We felt at home after our excursions and were able to end the day in the private sauna or in front of the oven. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood with bakery (100m) and within walking distance shopping (Edeka, Aldi ……) We had everything we needed in the house as well as in the area. We can fully recommend the house and say thank you again to the hosts.

The place was amazing! Peaceful and quiet and so close to the gondola and to downtown. Gabriele was super nice and hospitable. Highly recommend!

The apartment was large comfortable and well equipped! It was a short walk from train station which was our primary mode of travel during our stay, traveling on day trips further into the mountains or into the city of Munich. After our day trips, we would finish the evenings sitting on the balcony. It was a very nice place. One last thing to note is while staying in Schliersee, the town has a 2 euro per night per guest fee that you pay the host. With this fee you get guest cards which provide free public transport within zones 6-9 as well as discounts at various venues. We used these cards every day of our stay. Hence the cards were worth well more than the small fee.

Great location in the Alps, with close vicinity to Schwaz, cute and historical town, and for winter enthusiasts Ski resorts too. The apartment is large with amazing amount views; highly recommended.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with parking in front of the house. You go to the apartment at ground level despite the hillside location, which was an advantage for my mother with a walker. Unfortunately, the weather was modest, but thanks to Netflix and cozy apartment, a rainy day "at home" was also no problem. The apartment is fully furnished, the beds were wonderfully comfortable. All in all we had a few very nice days. Thanks to Daniela !

Andrea and her husband were great hosts. We immediately felt welcome and experienced a thoroughly Bavarian New Year's Eve.

The apartment is very nice and located on the top floor in the attic. The house is spacious and very clean and can easily accommodate four or more guests. Communication with the host despite the holidays was all in all simple. The village of Chieming does not offer particular activities or places of interest, so keep in mind that to visit the beautiful surrounding areas you will definitely need a car.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the decor is very tasteful and the amenities are great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are within walking distance. We also received very helpful tips for excursion destinations from the hosts.
