Ideally located 30 minutes from the beaches, nestled in the countryside between the Charente and the Gironde Estuary, this place will seduce you with its calm, charm and authenticity. The building has been divided into accommodations with private gardens, including 2 cottages that can accommodate 6 and 10 guests (max 15 people simultaneously) that can be booked together or separately.

Pretty studio (in residence with swimming pool) renovated and nicely decorated, clear, bright close to the beach of St Palais and Nauzan in a calm and central district; all comfort: living room (with excellent wall bed mattress, sofa, TV), kitchenette (with dishwasher, washing machine, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, plancha) bathroom (with shower, electric towel rail), WC separated, small garden closed and sported, (with deck chairs). The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.

Bienvenu à Virollet. Grand bol d'air assuré dans notre gite douillet pour 6 pers, sa grande piscine de 5x10m et jardin au coeur de la campagne et des bois. Merci de noter que la piscine est partagée avec notre autre gîte et parfois avec mes petits enfants.... Accès à tous les commerces à 3 minutes et les plages à 20 minutes.
