Le Lac d’Etival à 1,5KM, commerces à 9KM( Clairvaux les Lacs), pistes de ski de fond à 6KM, pistes ski de descente à 30 minutes en voiture. Nombreuses balades ou VTT à faire depuis le chalet. Autres activités sports nautiques, équitation, accrobranche,raquettes, luge tout dans un rayon de 15KM.

Mazot year 1986 of 15 m2 with a mezzanine of 7 m2. Possibility to sleep in the 2-seater sofa bed downstairs or in the 2-seater mezzanine bed. Small wooden chalet, all the necessary comforts, fully equipped kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower, a mezzanine with views of the entire Mont Blanc range. Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.
