A fishing pond 2 km away and 5 km from local shops. 15 km from Surgères train station (LGV Paris in 2 hours 15 minutes/La Rochelle in 20 minutes) and 20 minutes from Rochefort train station.

Independent stone cottage in Villedoux

Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September). Meals can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. The cottage is located at the back of our garden but completely independent of our house. The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Charentes-Tourisme organization.
