The Cottage is located on a quiet lot surrounded by beautiful gardens and pecan trees. Quick access to Austin, Round Rock and Salado along with excellent restaurants and bars in Georgetown. Zero interface check in/out; key code provided after booking. Two night minimum stay and handicap friendly.

The Harty House - Walking Distance to Downtown!

The Harty House is a charming 2/1 cottage built in 1916. It is an easy two block stroll to the historic Georgetown square where you will find restaurants, wine bars, craft beers, live music, shopping, arts and theater. Very close to Southwestern University and a short bike/walk to City parks/recreation. Just a short drive to Austin if you want to experience music/film festivals, Formula 1 Racing, or the hill country. The home is furnished with all things necessary for a delightful stay.

Farm Stay

The property is the original 1930's farmers cottage that has been brought back to life and restored, adding to it all the modern amenities. With a hand chiseled cozy fireplace and bay windows to watch the calves through, even rainy days are special. The property has 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, indoor and outdoor dinning tables. Georgetown Gem

Enjoy the whole house to yourself (1750sqft) that backs up to a hayfield. The house has 3 queen size memory foam beds. The master bedroom has a office desk. There is also stainless steel appliances and the fridge has water/ice maker. The master bathroom has a garden tub. You'll have a refrigerator, washer, dryer. The TV has Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon prime. The backyard has a patio with outdoor furniture and is fully fenced in for your pets (no aggressive breeds).
