At the cozy breakfast you can see directly from the windows on the Gerlos plate and on the surrounding mountain ranges unhindered. Here you can ski right up to the door. The central location distinguishes the property. You can park the car in the underground garage (2 parking spaces in a row ) and do everything by foot for the rest of the holiday.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.

Apartment "Manggeihütte Top 2" is a cozy apartment in Neukirchen am Großvenediger. The apartment has a kitchen with seating area and spacious bedroom with two box springs and a bunk bed. From the hall you enter the bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Under the house is a spacious ski area with ski boot dryers and the sauna and summer the bikes can be stored here. There are plenty of parking spaces around the house.
