Vacation home in Seeburg - short break -

Our cosy log cabin was built in 2020, is fully furnished, and can accommodate 4 people. Located at the entrance to the village on a typical village street, it is the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. Shops, nature and places to visit are within easy reach. Our adjoining large meadow, with bushes and fruit trees, lies on the edge of the nature conservation area and the Seeanger. Lake Seeburg, which offers dining options, can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. The construction trailer has its own fenced garden, barbecue, seating in the garden, fireplace in the construction trailer, etc. It is romantic, extraordinary and ideal for nature lovers to stay there and be awakened by birdsong in the morning. Our holiday apartment in the cosy "New Country Style" invites you to relax and unwind. Enjoy the outdoor sauna in the immediate vicinity of the apartment terrace. Discover the South Harz region with its many beautiful hiking and cycling trails as well as wellness facilities. Within walking distance you can reach the nature reserve Hainholz-Beierstein. Ski lifts, bike parks and a summer toboggan run are about 35 minutes away by car.

Your accommodation is on the ground floor of a farmhouse built around 1900. The courtyard with garden is available for you to share. On about 75 m², a spacious, modernly furnished eat-in kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms offer plenty of space to relax. The fast fiber optic connection also makes comfortable working possible. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and coffee machine.

This newly renovated 4 bedroom house is found in the sought after village of Nikolausberg close to Göttingen. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, but in close reach to university, UMG, Nord-Uni several research institutes. The 4 bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 people and is ideal for families or bigger groups. With an open dining- and living room and separate kitchen the house presents lots of living space.

Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

You will move into a granny apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in my house in a quiet location on the outer city wall. The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.
