Whether for a short break or a longer stay, this charming little studio will delight you. In a peaceful village, you will enjoy the tranquillity and the nature. There is a bakery, a tobacconist's/grocery shop and a restaurant just a stone's throw away. Easy and free parking. Air-conditioned studio. Canal du Midi 5 minutes away in Le Somail. Narbonne is 20 minutes away and Béziers is 30 minutes away. Supermarket 5 minutes away by car.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene accommodation. Located in the heart of a village surrounded by vineyards. It can accommodate 4 people. The accommodation is upstairs. On the first floor, a very large living room with kitchen, living room and dining room overlooking a courtyard where you can eat, have a BBQ, enjoy the jacuzzi or a deck chair. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a laundry room and a toilet. The accommodation is my personal accommodation.
