On the first floor, a very large living room with kitchen, living room and dining room overlooking a courtyard where you can eat, have a BBQ, enjoy the jacuzzi or a deck chair. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a laundry room and a toilet. The accommodation is my personal accommodation.

Elaia is above all an olive grove on the edge of a small village in the Minervois. It is a vast property of more than 8000 m2 where typically Mediterranean species grow, some trees more than a hundred years old.
