BEAUTIFUL 1 BEDROOM FLAT HEART OF THE OLD TOWN

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Beautiful apartment with sea views in a charming Soulacais building. Large shared garden, you can use the left part, small gate that leads to the beach from the garden. We can leave two bikes at your disposal so we can enjoy our beautiful bike paths that are close to the property. In summer, restaurants, on the right when you exit the gate, Sandaya campsite 100 m away, grocery store, bar and restaurant with ocean views)

Beautiful and comfortable flat , 50m2 of charm and stylish furnitures. Beautiful view on river Garonne with little balconies. In the lively area of the city, ideal for visiting the city on foot. Have a drink on the balcony and go down to dinner on the docks! 3rd floor, no elevator. Check-in 3:00 - 8:00. No late arrivals. 3rd floor without elevator. Difficult to access area by car, public paid parking.
