In the evening you relax in our cozy wooden house under the pine trees, so that new adventures await you in the largest contiguous forest in Central Europe the next day. The Grünhäuschen is located on the grounds of the former municipal office, protected from traffic noise, under pine trees.

Late Gothic house from 1519

The late Gothic house from 1519 is the oldest, preserved residential building in the Untermhaus district & was very elaborately restored & renovated in 4 years. The former building ruin has become a small gem. Particular emphasis was placed on the expansion with ecological building materials, such as clay & lime, clay colors. Many old historical components were reinstalled. During the dismantling work, another hand-painted approx. 500-year-old plank ceiling was discovered.

Pali vacation home - idyllic atmosphere

The vacation home is a semi-detached house and has a double bedroom and two single bedrooms, so it can accommodate up to four people. It is located in a quiet residential area, directly next to a small forest. In addition, it offers convenient transport connections to the A72 and A4 highways, which can be reached in 5 minutes. The house is good for vacationers, family visitors or fitters. For stays by fitters, we recommend an occupancy of a maximum of three people.

The bright cottage, furnished in Scandinavian style, is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Erzgebirge. 15 minutes by car from Chemnitz, the cultural capital '25, 200 m next to a bike path, which leads in both directions through a lot of nature to the surrounding villages or allows hikes to the nearby castles. Beautiful house direct on the lake "Eibenstock" in the UNESCO World Heritage Erzgebirge. Completely furnished with a huge kitchen including all you need for cooking. A living room with a fantastic view over the mountains & the lake. The bath has a shower, bathtub, WC & bidet. The house has a big terrace and a garden with a lawn. It´s an ideal start for walking, bicycle or skiing tours in the beautiful Ore Mountains.
