The apartment of about 31 square meters consists of a living and sleeping room with sofa bed, a smaller work and sleeping room with a single bed, a bathroom (shower and toilet) and direct access to a pretty garden terrace.

The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.

The North Campus as well as a whaling area are right nearby, buses leave several times an hour right next to the house and are in the city center in 8 minutes, by bike it takes about 10 minutes to get there.
