This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. Island Pearl is one of the original cottages on Isle Of Palms. Three blocks to beach, about a 7 minute walk. it is in a very quiet area of Isle Of Palms. It has been recently renovated and is a a cozy and charming cottage. The huge back yard has a great deck and fire pit area. There is a garage in the back that houses the washer and dryer. Also provided is 6 beach chairs and a beach wagon.
