This monumental building is located on the oldest shopping street in the Netherlands, and you can taste the authentic atmosphere through the wooden skeleton. In front of the door is a traffic-free zone, so there is no nuisance of passing traffic. Everything you need can be found literally in the street: shops, restaurants, supermarket (opposite the apartment), good atmosphere, cozy people, entertainment and public transport. idyllic house on the Lower Rhine in Kevelaer

The lovingly renovated house is "a bit like before" with large living room-kitchen, fireplace, sofa and three bedrooms. In the courtyard is a seating area with BBQ and parking spaces for bicycles. We're just using it as a passageway. A supermarket is in the neighborhood, to the pedestrian zone 500 meters, to the train station 1.4 km. Families are welcome with us. The house has baby grilles on the stairs. The staircase is steep. I speak English, a little French, and my husband a little Dutch.
