Really enjoyed my stay at Wilton River suites. 5 stars!! Spotless suite, really comfy bed, beautifully decorated, and gorgeous grounds. Heated pool and hot tub really great adds to make my stay super relaxing. Thanks for being great hosts, and I can’t wait to book again later this year.

Great way to stay at a fabulous property. Super family friendly resort with amazing amenities. Beds and linens were comfortable. Kitchenette was convenient. Zero complaints.

Amazing host definitely will be staying here again. Miczoe is very nice and accommodating. Her place is next to everything Publix, CVS and great restaurants. Love that it has beach access.

This home was quaint and cozy. Very clean and private which I appreciated the most. The pool and fountain were beautiful especially at night with the lights. However, the paid washer and dryer leaves something to be desired. Very small room and the machines are easily wonky I couldn’t even wash a small load due to the machine not pouring water out at all since it was apparently leaning. Cool spots in the area and a quiet neighborhood though. Overall good experience minus a few inconveniences.

We had such a wonderful stay. The house and amenities exactly as described - truly one of our best Airbnb stays to date. On top of everything else, the house had everything we needed for small kids, so we didn’t have to lug anything on a plane. Can’t wait to come back and stay again!

All of my friends said "you picked the best AirBnB"! This is a pretty accurate description of the property and our stay. I would highly suggest this property for a large group and to rent the entire property. The 4 separate apartments offer privacy to each guest and allows for socializing and fun within the property. The beds were very comfortable, check-in was very smooth, and the location is perfect (Midtown/Wynwood).

Sammy's place was better than the images of the app. It was 8 people with plenty of room left. A Beautiful place with all the amenities... The Pool and Jacuzzi was one our favorite space. But truly the whole house was spot clean!

Our stay at this house was perfect and the house met completely the description : “ Luxurious and close to beach Little Palace”. House is large, comfortable and has all the amenities to spend a lovely vacation in it. Kenneth was always available and responded instantly to any requirement we had. The only problem we had was that upon arrival we could not access the house with the given code. We called Kenneth and in seconds the issue was solved. We strongly recommend this house, pretty comfortable for 8 people.

Charming home in an established, but quiet neighborhood with easy access to the Everglades, Miami, and even the upper Keys. Very comfortable, as clean and stylish as the pictures and the kitchen was well stocked. Jocelynn was a great host and very responsive. Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay and we’re so glad to have a house be able to bring our group of 12 together! The house was big enough where we didn’t feel squished and the location was very manageable from the beach and main attractions. Would definitely love to come back!

Great location, it’s just about 100 ft walk across the street to the beach, full use of beach chairs and umbrella when you’re on the beach till 9pm, kind staff, great view, great local restaurants. All the appliances are new and high grade. Not much else to say but it’s worth it.

Great place to spend few days, close to the beach, Ocean Drive, Espaniola Way and Lincoln Avenue. Bus stop to the city and airport just few minutes away. Viki is very communicative and helpful and quick to respond, definitely a great host. We really enjoy our time in her place and recommend to anyone want to visit Miami South Beach. Thanks Viki…

Overall, a great place to stay. + The pictures represent the in-person experience. + The unit has an unobstructed ocean view and a nice-sized patio/deck to enjoy. Yes, this property is actually ON THE OCEAN. + The property is located right next to the boardwalk bike/walking path, which is very convenient. You can tell the building is starting to show it's age a little bit, but it seems like they are doing a reasonable job at improving it with updated paint, flooring and lighting. Everything was very clean. I would stay there again.

Richard and Irene were great to work with and very helpful with recommending local restaurants and amenities. They were very accommodating to our unique arrival/departure times. In addition, the condo was very nice with easy access to the beach. Highly recommend if you plan on staying in this area!
