The location of the Mandraud gîte, 5 hectares, fenced, countryside location with the village accessible on foot, you will find all the shops, bar, restaurant, grocery store, newspapers, tobacco, pharmacy, doctor, local products, etc. From the swimming pool, direct access to the boules court... chicken coop and vegetable garden... walking path around the property... we are on site for services and information.

La Bastide de Couvinens dates from 1850 and is situated in a quiet, traditional hamlet, 2 km from the charming village of Montcuq in the Lot department. The house comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace, a double bedroom with shower room and WC, a bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 double bed, 1 bathroom and WC, an attic bedroom (please note low beams and steep staircase), 2 single beds, WC and washbasin, covered terrace, barbecue, games, books, badminton, and free Wi-Fi.

Quercy stone country cottage

White stone gîte in Quercy, located in the countryside, near the very pretty village of Roquecor. The stone house has a private terrace with a separate swimming pool, deckchairs, barbecue, table tennis table, and garden furniture. It also has a living room (sofa bed + TV), a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker), a bathroom with a shower (washing machine), a separate toilet, and 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed and the other with 2 90 cm beds + 1 folding extra bed.

You will be able to discover many hiking trails and the above-ground swimming pool to relax and enjoy your stay. Our discreet presence on the premises guarantees that we are always available to listen to you. You will have access to the shared spa for bookings of a minimum of 2 nights between October and 30 April.

Domaine de France is on the border of Lot et Garonne, Dordogne and Tarn at the foot of the picturesque, bastide town of Penne d'Agenais. This Artisan town has heaps of beauty and history to explore, everyone must visit. It has an amazing Basilica situated at the very top offering the best views you could imagine. Penne d'Agenais has been voted a most beautiful village in France and boasts several authentic restaurants, including one with Vegetarian menu options.

Come and recharge your batteries in an idyllic setting in the heart of nature. Comfort, charm and serenity await you. "La Pitchoune" which affectionately means "The little one" is located on a property of 1.4 hectares, of lawn, flowers, meadow, woods. You will find a swimming pool (4x 8 meters) surrounded by a terrace. You will have direct access from the property to hiking and mountain biking trails. The cottage is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.
