Welcome to our dollhouse! The apartment covers 35 square meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters, so is rather less suitable for tall people. In addition, it has a furnished terrace to enjoy the balmy summer nights. Rommelsbach is a quiet suburb of Reutlingen. With the city bus you are quickly in the city center (about 10 minutes). But not only in Reutlingen, but also in the neighboring town you can shop until the credit card glows: The "Outlet City" Metzingen can be reached by car in 5 minutes. The Swabian Alb biosphere reserve also invites you to enjoy hiking and nature. We ourselves are an open, nice family with two children, are always ready to give information about the environment and also like to have a chat.

Quiet location - and yet in the middle of the old town!

Comfortable 60 square meters, right in the middle of Tübingen's old town, and yet very quiet location, with wonderfully sunny free window front to the southeast - you cannot live more individually in Tübingen! Here, on the second floor of one of the oldest houses in Tübingen from the 14th century, there is an elaborately renovated and furnished apartment, 60 square meters, for up to four people. Everything for a successful stay in Tübingen, including a parking space in the nearby parking garage.

Beautiful small apartment, well equipped

The cozy 31 m² apartment is located on the west side of Tübingen & yet quite central. The bed is a 160cm wide, foldable sofa bed. There is a small kitchenette, as well as a little dining area and a bathroom with a shower. A generally used washing machine & dryer is available. Nice and quite large balcony with a beautiful view comes with the apartment. The basic kitchen utensils are available for use. Sheets, towels, hair dryer, as well as shampoo & shower gel to get round the first days supplied

Vacation in the middle of nature, mountains, forests and valleys of the Swabian Alps. Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. Beautiful single room (new building) with kitchenette, shower/WC, terrace, underfloor heating and separate entrance in Tübingen. Bus stop right in front of the house and 10 minutes to the train station and city center. Centralized and still quiet. Shopping with bus stops almost right in front of the supermarket: Kaufland-Center and stop Sternplatz, Rewe City at the main train station-- it is only a few meters to the stop at Steig F, Aldi and stop Landestheater opposite
