The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster and coffee machine. Lockable garage for bicycles.

The Woifeschtnescht, open for you since 2024! The cozy upstairs apartment is located in a quiet location without transit traffic, directly on the long-distance hiking trails. With two bedrooms incl. double beds and an additional sofa bed, the Woifeschtnescht can accommodate up to 5 people. Enjoy the large garden with a view. The historic center of St. Martin is only a five-minute walk away. A parking space right by the house ensures a stress-free arrival.

The train station is a 5-minute walk away and a bus stop with connections to the surrounding villages, Hambach Castle and the city center is right outside the door. This studio apartment is our newest addition to our little estate. It's perfect for the adventurous, especially hikers and cyclists needing a peaceful place to stay. Our 400 year old estate, originally a winemaker's estate, is located under the Saint Anna Kapella in the charming village of Burrweiler. We are located on the Southern Weinstrasse, the perfect location for hiking, cycling, wine tasting and regional culinary delights.
