Impeccable accommodation and even better than in the photos! The decor is beautiful. Very well arranged apartment. Being a maniac, I often find it difficult to be fully relaxed in Airbnb... However, this one is the first in almost 3 years that I am on the app ( 2-3 Airbnb/ month ) which is also clean. Really spotless! The owners are extremely nice and very responsive. Careful and available, they are also open to advice ( constructive of course ). The combination of impeccable accommodation and such benevolent owners made the stay extremely enjoyable. I highly recommend this for a stay in Angouleme!

This is a beautiful place to stay on the banks of the Charente which we enjoyed from the canoe but just loved seeing it flowing along edging the grounds. We came on the train which is a very easy journey from Paris to Jarnac. It is then less than an hours walk along the cycle path or quicker along the very quiet road. The market in Jarnac is excellent and there’s some nice cafes and bars. In Bourg Charente itself the bar tabac sells morning baguette and croissants, especially good to put an order in the day before. Also in the village La Ribaudiere restaurant was absolutely amazing and an experience not to be missed. So this is a great place to stay if you are car free like us but bicycles really help too especially with direct access to the 400 km path La Flow Velo. Lots of fun! Thanks to Andrea and Dominic.

This is a very nice and well equipped house in a wonderful location. Filip is a very good host who communiates very effectively. We had a wonderful family gathering with 10 people including 4 kids under 5.
