A former miller's house, here is the annex of a vast mansion nestled by the river Touvre. Located 5 min by car from Angouleme train station, this charming house adjoining our loft has 2 levels. On the ground floor, kitchen open to comfortable living room. Large shower room also at this level. Upstairs, south facing bedroom and picturesque window to the garden (140x190 bed). Access to the Atelier Bourlion's shared pool. A stone's throw from the Flow bike path.

Le Cosy is located within a farmhouse in Marange, a small village of Hiersac, in the countryside, while being close to Angouleme (- 20 min.) and Cognac (25 min.).
