Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Spätherbst gibt es eine exklusive Sauna und kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

A bright, modern apartment awaits you in a quiet location. The approx. 75 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house. It has an open kitchen / living area with TV. A car parking space is available directly in front of the apartment. In the fitted kitchen, all necessary kitchen utensils are available (pots, silverware, glasses, etc.) The second bedroom with a double bed (180x200) is only available for bookings of more than 3 guests - surcharge €35 per night.

Cosy holiday home in quiet location

Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.

"Especially now, just get out of the city and into the countryside." The apartment is located on the top floor of a completely renovated house dating back to 1745. Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

The beautiful apartment is located in Niefern-Öschelbronn ( district of Niefern) . You can reach Pforzheim in 10 minutes by car, the nearest train station can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. After the highway exit ( A 8 ) Pforzheim center you can reach the apartment in five minutes. - Guests must agree to the use agreement access data of the user agreement in writing prior to receiving the WiFi access via Wi-Fi. Of course, the form will be emailed in advance.
