Finished Room over Garage in historic Charleston, SC, is a cozy and beautiful living space with a full bath and kitchen, as well as a washer/dryer. Conveniently located in Smythe Park, just a mile away from downtown Daniel Island with shops and grocery store (Publix). Approximately 20 - 25 minutes from downtown Charleston. Accessibility limitations: this space requires walking 16 steps to access, and there is not a grab bar in the bath. No pets, smoking, or partying please. Permit #00711

Villa overlooking Charleston close to Folly Beach

Nestled in a bird sanctuary on an oak filled tidal creek lot with expansive porch views of Charleston harbor, come share a coffee with friends and family and watch a spectacular marsh morning sun rise. Located minutes to the famous "Edge of America" Folly Beach, beach chairs, coolers and towels are provided for an enjoyable beach excursion. Centrally located, you are a short trip to historical Charleston, James Island County Park Splash Zone, and neighboring barrier islands. Off street parking.

The Cottage for Two

The Cottage was built in the late 1930's for a local church and was used as a Sunday school room, for receptions, etc.. In 2004 we relocated the Hut, as it was once called, to this site and restored it to it's existing condition, staying with it's late 30's roots. It and main house sets on 5 beautifully landscaped acres and is located only 7 minutes from historic downtown Summerville. Please note that this is NOT INTENDED AS A VENUE and is a SHARED POOL, not exclusive to the pool house guest.

My Happy Place

This is a charming cottage with a pool and large outdoor area. It is located 3 minutes to both I26 and 526, a 10 minute drive to downtown Charleston and walking distance to North Charleston’s trendy, fun area. The Credit One Stadium on Daniel Island is a 10 minute drive, the Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island 15 minutes and North Charleston Colliseum 5 minutes. It is easy to get to all these places and there are many fun things to do in the Charleston/North Charleston/Daniel Island areas.

The Oasis (Charming, Close, Sleeps 7)

The Oasis is a beautiful and comfortable townhome in Charleston, SC. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath sleeps 7 people! The airport, beach, downtown, golf courses, & concert venues are all approx. 20 min away. After enjoying Charleston's restaurants, tours, shops, beaches, golf, & entertainment, relax at The Oasis w/ 3 Roku TVs (70", 43", 43"). Drift off to dreams w/ King, Queen, Twin Loft, & Queen Sleeper Sofa options. Also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen. There is pool access in warmer weather.

Welcome to Share-in Dipity, this stylish and relaxing home has everything you need to de-stress and enjoy Charleston. This 4/2.5 home features thoughtful design touches, an incredible outdoor area with a large patio and pool, close proximity to grocery stores/shopping, all set in the walkable and quiet neighborhood of Kings Grant. Though you may be tempted to turn your trip into a staycation, we are only 25 minutes from downtown and 35 minutes to beaches like Sullivans Island.

Beautiful, modern condo overlooking a small lake, located right outside of the city! Just a short drive to downtown Charleston, Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, the airport & only 5 minutes from I-26. This is a newly renovated, up-to-date condo in a quiet little neighborhood. The space is fully functional for 4 adults. There is a community pool that all guests will have access to for the duration of their stay. No pets, unregistered guests, parties or gatherings allowed.

Our stunning professionally decorated home is super comfortable and your home away from home. Relax immediately upon your arrival. We are located close to every area of Charleston: you'll be anywhere in 15-20 minutes. Daniel Island is 5 minutes away. Your home away from home is stocked with most essentials. If you need something, please ask as we may have it for you to use while you're there. We have beach towels, beach chairs and pack n play available upon request.
