Great place to stay.. especially if attending an event at the West Conference Center! It’s right across the street which was very convenient. Just steps away from the beach as well.

This was the perfect space for me, my husband and 3 year old. The condo was spotless and included everything we needed for our stay, from coffee to beach toys and chairs. The balcony provided great views of the beach and we spotted dolphins while drinking coffee out there in the mornings. The beach, pier, pool, restaurants and shops were all within walking distance. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Nikki’s place.

Staying at “the secret” was like staying in a very close friends home. We felt like everything that we needed was available. Location was perfect as my daughter is at college of Charleston and being close to Shem Creek and all the bridges was so convenient. it meant so much that they had food, spices, toiletries; all that we would need to live there. The only concern I had was the beds on the upper level were a bit small, and the left ceiling low. But the house was lovely and we were able to adapt. Richard had some great tips on fishing and we look forward to staying again.

This place is undoubtedly one of the best accommodations we've ever stayed in. After staying at numerous Airbnb rentals, this one stands out as perfect. The scenery is stunning, the home is impeccably maintained, and the communication was both helpful and clear. We are returning to Folly in October, and without a doubt, we will rent this place again if it's available.

We loved our stay; the place was private, clean, and homey. Sweet touches like guides to the city, oatmeal for breakfast and snacks were appreciated. Comfortable beds and furniture as well as a spacious feel even though it’s not a huge place.

We absolutely loved this little home located on the creek north of Mount Pleasant. From the very beginning, Kathy was wonderful at communicating with us and made our transition to and from so easy. Her and her husband were so kind and helped us get our little boat situated in the water when we arrived. Our stay was exactly what we hoped it to be! Thank you for sharing your home with all of us. We hope to be back in the Charleston area again!

Elizabeth’s house is a perfect place for a very relaxing vacation. It is as described, an old family house. We loved trying to figure out how the house has changed over the years and enjoyed viewing many of the family heirlooms around the house. Elizabeth’s communication was great! We would stay at her place again.

Beautiful home right on the marsh provided a great space to gather with family. Back deck was an amazing place to hang out and close to everything@

The house was perfect for our family of 4. Kids loved playing outside on the rope swing, taking the kayaks on the river, and watching wildlife from the dock. The property is beautiful with a gorgeous view of the Bohicket River, oak trees dripping in Spanish moss, and azaleas and fruit tress blooming. Cyndi and Stephen are kind as can be and wonderful hosts. We loved exploring the area, too. The beach at Kiawah Island is a quick drive and absolutely lovely.

Donald is an excellent host! The house is advertised as a "dog's paradise" and it delivered. The fenced in backyard was well received by our dogs and the screened in porch made it easy to keep an eye on them as we enjoyed the amazing view of the expansive salt marsh. The location of the house is great too, at the tip of the island with not much traffic and just steps from an amazing beach. We love Folley Island and would definitely look to stay at Donald's Marsh House again.

This home was fantastic! Located on a peaceful canal with close access to the lake. We came for a nearby staycation and loved being able to wake up before sunrise and be on the water fishing. The two kayaks were a happy surprise to see! They were fun to tour the canal on. I truly considered never leaving!! We really enjoyed our time out back. From the dock, to the fire pit, to games and a lot of food on the porch. And we appreciated having the fenced in yard and gate on the porch for the dogs to play!

Found most things to be within 15-20 mins of location with easy access to freeways. Pleasant neighborhood.. felt very safe.

Great location with the pier, beach, access, and restaurants all within walking distance. The place was clean, cutely decorated, cozy, and the perfect place for the two of us to spend a few days. Elizabeth was responsive and friendly.

We were visiting the area for a soccer tournament. The condo was close to the fields as well as the beach and surrounding areas. The views were fantastic of the marshes. Everything was clean and tidy. It was a little warm when we entered the condo but it cooled off quickly. The hosts were very proactive about our stay and very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed here two nights and it was perfect. Everything was as expected. Beach access was simple, parking was easy. Provided beach chairs were a nice bonus.

Stayed for a few days with our small family. Grateful for the easy walks to the beach and the pool. There was plenty of play gear available for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for a good cup of coffee and to accommodate some simple meals for our picky children. Great views in the morning, too!

This lovely condo on this gorgeous island was the perfect spot for our girls weekend. We loved it from the moment we walked in. It is well laid out with comfortable, attractive furniture and supplied with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The living areas and all bedrooms have large windows offering stunning ocean views. Outside, the beach goes on forever and is great for long walks. We were happy to have the many balconies and spent a lot of time out there for morning coffee, evening chats, and in between activities. Candace is a great host. If you are thinking of visiting Kiawah, this is an excellent place to stay.

This was the perfect spot for everything we wanted to do. We went into Charleston. We enjoyed the beach. We attended a wedding. We had the perfect view of sunrises with coffee right from the deck. The place was amazingly stocked with everything we needed. It was well decorated and very comfortable. Super clean! So easy to get to shopping and walking distance to several restaurants. A nice suggestion book with area maps. Easy checkin and check out. Thank you for all the thought that went into this place! A gem of a place!
