Park Circle Tropical Oasis 3BR/2BA with Pool

Welcome to the PC Tropical Oasis - where you will feel like you've stepped into a traveler's paradise. This stay is located right in the center of the Park Circle neighborhood of North Charleston - with the main strip of restaurants and shops only a 10minute walk away. You are also only a short ride away from the best local beaches, downtown and just about anything you dream of doing while visiting Charleston. This stay offers high end amenities while also being centrally located to everything.

Villa overlooking Charleston close to Folly Beach

Nestled in a bird sanctuary on an oak filled tidal creek lot with expansive porch views of Charleston harbor, come share a coffee with friends and family and watch a spectacular marsh morning sun rise. Located minutes to the famous "Edge of America" Folly Beach, beach chairs, coolers and towels are provided for an enjoyable beach excursion. Centrally located, you are a short trip to historical Charleston, James Island County Park Splash Zone, and neighboring barrier islands. Off street parking.

The Cottage for Two

The Cottage was built in the late 1930's for a local church and was used as a Sunday school room, for receptions, etc.. In 2004 we relocated the Hut, as it was once called, to this site and restored it to it's existing condition, staying with it's late 30's roots. It and main house sets on 5 beautifully landscaped acres and is located only 7 minutes from historic downtown Summerville. Please note that this is NOT INTENDED AS A VENUE and is a SHARED POOL, not exclusive to the pool house guest.

Detached Guest Suite

Detached guest suite (45" Smart TV with YouTubeTV ) with full bathroom. Outdoor veranda space includes a swimming pool , outdoor kitchen(microwave,fridge , gas cook top,Keurig (with coffee),toaster, gas fireplace, and large screen Smart TV. Separate entrance from the main house. Operation Permit #OP2025-05734 14 miles to airport (20 mins) 10 miles to downtown Beaches (Kiawah-20 miles or Folly Beach-15 miles ). The pool is shared with the owners but our guests are given privacy.

CHS Golfview Guest house - Poolside Retreat

Stay at The Golfview Guest House, a peaceful 2BR, 1.5BA retreat on the 10th hole of Charleston’s award-winning Municipal Golf Course, “The Muni.” Enjoy a full kitchen, bright living area, and sleeping for four (1 queen, 2 twins). Relax by the pool or take in golf-course views in Riverland Terrace, one of Charleston’s most beloved neighborhoods. Just 10 min to downtown and 9 miles to Folly Beach, this spot offers privacy, comfort, and Southern charm — ideal for families, couples, or friends.

My Happy Place

This is a charming cottage with a pool and large outdoor area. It is located 3 minutes to both I26 and 526, a 10 minute drive to downtown Charleston and walking distance to North Charleston’s trendy, fun area. The Credit One Stadium on Daniel Island is a 10 minute drive, the Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island 15 minutes and North Charleston Colliseum 5 minutes. It is easy to get to all these places and there are many fun things to do in the Charleston/North Charleston/Daniel Island areas.

The Oasis (Charming, Close, Sleeps 7)

The Oasis is a beautiful and comfortable townhome in Charleston, SC. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath sleeps 7 people! The airport, beach, downtown, golf courses, & concert venues are all approx. 20 min away. After enjoying Charleston's restaurants, tours, shops, beaches, golf, & entertainment, relax at The Oasis w/ 3 Roku TVs (70", 43", 43"). Drift off to dreams w/ King, Queen, Twin Loft, & Queen Sleeper Sofa options. Also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen. There is pool access in warmer weather.

Condo @ the Lakes

Beautiful, modern condo overlooking a small lake, located right outside of the city! Just a short drive to downtown Charleston, Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, the airport & only 5 minutes from I-26. This is a newly renovated, up-to-date condo in a quiet little neighborhood. The space is fully functional for 4 adults. There is a community pool that all guests will have access to for the duration of their stay. No pets, unregistered guests, parties or gatherings allowed.

CHS Guest Suite w/Separate Entry 2 Bedroom& 2 Bath

**One of the few Airbnb’s with a legal permit in Charleston, SC. Just 15 minutes from downtown Charleston, SC. Free parking in my driveway! Guest suite. Own private and separate entrance.
