Ruth’s loft apartment was perfect for the three of us. We came to hike the Superior Hiking Trail, and the location was perfect. Being just off hwy 61 made traveling to trailheads and state parks so easy,. The apartment is small, but had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We’d recommend it!

If you are considering a relaxing trip in the northern MN woods, this is an excellent choice! The cabin is near a river and has its own trails. It is very beautiful, serene, and peaceful. Brien and Shelley know exactly what they are doing with this place! It is well decorated and cozy. We loved the fireplace and making fires in the fire pit! Brien and Shelley were proactive and responsive when I couldn’t figure out the furnace and came out to help us immediately. I will 100% book this place again in the future! It is truly magical!

This house was perfect for two guys and their sons to stay in while snowmobiling. Very clean and comfortable! Thank you!

The accommodations were very comfortable and conveniently located. We brought our mountain bikes and Chad helped us secure them when we weren't using them which was nice and appreciated. Located on Highway 61 but the traffic and noise were not a bother, and the proximity to hiking and biking trails (both paved and off-road) were a plus. It might be a little snug if you have more than two people and spend a lot of time inside, but my partner and I were very comfortable and easily made ourselves at home. I am not a coffee drinker but she is and said the options Chad provided were very tasty. The space is newly remodeled and it sounds like Chad is continuing to finish things off in terms of trim, etc., but as it sits now we found it to be very cozy and relaxing. We would definitely book again or recommend to friends staying in the area. Thank you, Chad!
