Gîte with pool in the green hart of France

Next to our farm is the small gîte on a dead end road. The old barn was transformed by us into a self-contained studio with all the amenities (incl. solar panels) for a carefree vacation; open space with kitchen, seating area, queen size bed and bathroom. In front of the gîte is the private covered terrace with fencing, so dogs can safely loose. In a separate piece of garden, there is the swimming pool, which our guests can use. Suitable for 2 people. Pets are welcome.

I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

The gite is a detached, authentic cottage with its own entrance and private terrace and a fantastic view over the Creuse landscape. The terrace is high with undisturbed views of the sunset and spectacular cloudy skies. Very quiet location on a dead-end road. Very quiet charming family house in a hamlet overlooking the Aumance valley at the foot of a Romanesque church classified as a historic monument. Superb view of the valley and countryside. Beautiful private garden. Beautiful walks in the surrounding countryside or in the beautiful Troncais oak forest.
