The living room area with TV and sofa bed of 120x200. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed 140x195, a wardrobe and a desk. Bathroom with shower. TV with international channels, high speed Wifi and air conditioning. The apartment is secured with security door and videophone. Convenience : Personalized delivery of the keys at arrival. Arrivals are from 3pm until 8pm. It is possible to get the keys earlier depending on availability. Between 8pm and 11pm, additional cost: 25 € Arrivals after 11pm have an additional cost of 40 €. Departures are before 11am. Weekly cleaning (option): 50 € Supplements to be paid on the spot in cash. Pool and private garden in the condominium. It is spacious, luminous and it has AC in the whole apartment! Located in the old town, Graça/Mouraria, from where you can explore the whole city by foot. The most stunning view of Lisbon, Miradouro da Graça, is 4min walk up. Well equipped for longer stays, 5G Wi-Fi and a private office. You will love it!

This super luminous apartment is located in a very quiet and small street in the heart of Graça, one of the most historic districts of Lisbon. Totally refurbished, delightful decorated, the apartment can accommodate 4 people, and 1 baby as we can provide a baby cot! The apartment has 2 strong A/C, cable tv with more than 100 channels, free wi-fi, a fully equipped kitchen with all you may need to cook delicious portuguese dishes ;-) and also a balcony with views to the tagus river!
