We fell in love with Santo António and we want you to experience the same thing - that's why we want to share our house with you. Amazing central apartment on the ground floor of a modern but historic building (totally rebuild in May 2016). Full of light, this apartment has plenty of space for two guests: 1 double bedroom with big closet area, 1 bathroom, spacious living room (dining and lounge areas), little office space and a cozy deck and PRIVATE garden where you can relax and enjoy some fresh air in the middle of historic Lisbon. :) It is situated in a calm street, yet in a central location. We will provide you linen and towels; the kitchen is equipped with all cutlery, espresso machine, microwave, and washing machine. In the toilette you have a hair dryer, shower gel, toilet paper, etc. There’s an iron in the apartment, etc… you don't have to bring any of those things. There are air conditionings in the room and living room. You’ll have wireless Internet, so if you'll need to connect, bring your devices ☺. We will welcome you at the apartment and share all of our knowledge and recommendations with you. We will also be on hand during your stay – should you have any problems or queries we are only a phone call away. The entrance lobby of the building have 24h security camera, this is a request from the condominium and is full compliance with portuguese law privacy policies We promise you will enjoy your stay, however, be warned! You may never want to leave! Price for 2 people using all the house; you can use the entire home services: Kitchen, Living Room, garden etc. This apartment could be used as a temporary Office, and has great work place. You will get the keys from us personally and we will provide you extra information about Lisbon and the neighborhood. Located in the Santo António district, the home places you at the center of Lisbon's historic architecture and culture. Quaint, cobbled streets lead you delicious restaurants and charming cafes with the city center just a short walk away. 3 min walking from/to the metro stations Restauradores or Avenida and 5 min walking from the train station Rossio (Sintra train). Chiado Loft 2 Fantastic Last Floor

This last floor apartment (5th floor with no elevator) in a nearly 400 year's old building was just renovated. You will find Yourself in the Chiado area of Lisbon with all its buzz and life. Inside the apartment You will find all the amenities, including air conditioning, heating, cable tv, wifi cable internet, ipod dock for music, american kitchen with dishwasher, washing/drying machine, fridge, coffee machine, orange juice squeezer, toaster, kettle, oven, electric hob (2), hairdryer. The Marble bathroom with a small window is just through the door on the right of the dinning table.The living room area of the apartment has a sofá a a Tv , a lounge chair and a coffee table.. The apartment was designed as an open space, but at the same time, living room/dinning room areas as well as the "bedroom" and the kitchen are well defined, and although it is not a big apartment, it is very comfortable and has ample storage space. From the bedroom area of the apartment You will face the sofá. The TV rotates, so You can enjoy it from the bed the living area or the dinning. One enters the Chiado Loft apartment by Rua da Bica de Duarte Belo, where this apartment is on the 5th floor (1st,2nd and 3th floors have limited ceiling heights) this way You will reach the apartment with not that much effort. The apartment accommodates 4, has a double bed, one single bed in the sofá and a futon style single bed in the mezzanine just on top of the bathroom. Tram nº 28 passes 25 meters away , and the metro is 350m away. This apartment is located on the famous Rua da Bica de Duarte Belo, where You have the funicular. The Train to Cascais is 850m from the apartment. If You enjoy night life You will be in walking distance to lots of bares and nightlife streets (Bairro Alto and Cais do Sodré). If You wish to visit Lisbon and stay in one of the nicest areas, You just found Your apartment!

Patio São Vicente is a collection of restored cottages surrounding a peaceful courtyard, hidden away in the historical center. The cottages have been restored respecting the original architecture yet designed with a modern aesthetic by Paratelier architects. Using Portuguese artisans and designers, the interiors are cosy, comfortable and carefully crafted with custom carpentry. Lisbon's 13th century wall, the "Muralha Fernandina", is integrated into the back wall of each of the living rooms.
