Monthly Rentals in Graça

Wonderful stay in Lisbon, the area is very walkable, there are restaurants that open early in the morning as well as stay open late which makes it a stellar location. The hosts are very responsive and helpful, made us feel right at home. As mentioned in the description, you do need to walk to the 3rd floor to get it and the steps are very narrow, so would avoid if any mobility issues, but would definitely stay again!

The flat is simply lovely. Quiet, had everything we needed. Great internet if you need to work. We were met promptly and given a complete walkthrough of the apartment as well as a welcome gift of wine and a homemade cake! The flat is very spacious and easy to be in. We loved all the restaurants in the neighborhood and there is a grocery with fresh squeezed orange juice a couple of blocks away. Prices were lower than in the main tourist areas as well. We would absolutely stay there again!

Sergio is a perfect host, very available and welcoming. The apartment is located next to a beautiful viewpoint, and the proximity to tram 28 is great.

Perfect place for a quick and last minute trip! Beautiful view next to one of my favourite lookouts. Plenty of cafes nearby. The hosts were super friendly and were very accommodating with anything we needed :)
