Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Grad Krk

we stayed at this property for 14 nights. The structure is managed by the Suzy agency, which we checked in and provided us in a detailed and very kind way with all the information related to the area. The accommodation was very convenient to access it. We had a private internal parking and access to the pool until 10:00 pm. The owner, Mira was very kind throughout the stay, from the change of sheets in the middle of the living room, to the washing machines, to picking the figs from its tree in the garden. We found the accommodation clean and spacious for a family of 4, the large veranda to enjoy lunch or dinner. The area is very quiet. I will definitely come back if we had to choose to return to this island. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time in Josefina's apartment. It is located in a quiet location, the city of Krk and thus the shopping facilities can be reached in 5-7 minutes by car. The view from the balcony is super nice, the apartment is well-equipped and clean, fresh towels are brought by every 3 days. The pool was a highlight in the heat. We would definitely choose this apartment again on our next visit to Krk. Many thanks to Josefina and Silvija, who were always available to us and responded quickly to any concerns. We booked the apartment at very short notice and were very pleased to have found such a great, modern accommodation. Everything is as described, spatially you can also get along very well with two children and especially the outdoor area is designed with a lot of love and stylish. We were lucky enough to get to know the family behind the property - wonderful people, everything fits together! Rounded off by a great sea view on the horizon and good accessibility to downtown, although you actually live more outskirts. Thank you and all the best!

We had a very nice holiday in Krk. The apartment was very nice and clean. The host who lives at the place herself was very accommodating. Pool was cleaned daily. The entire complex is very well maintained with a high standard. The apartment had all the necessary utensils. The city/ promenade is within walking distance. Beautiful beaches. We will be happy to come back.

We had a very lovely time in the accommodation as well as in Malinska. Port, Restaurants and a small local Beach within walking distance. The apartment was nicely furnished and comfortable and had a nice terasse in the garden outside. It was very comfy & well air conditioned. Communication was very fast, nice and helpful with the host. The villa impressed us already on arrival – the unrepeatable view of the sea and the picturesque old town of Vrbnik is really special. The house has an incredibly positive energy, everything is extremely nicely decorated, tastefully furnished and tailored to the perfect getaway. Heated pool (the water had a pleasant 23°C), a sauna, many relaxation corners, a large covered terrace with two grills – all thoughtful and meant for the comfort of the guests. The location is great – just a short walk (5 minutes) separated us from the center of Vrbnik with cute shops, bakery, wine shops and sprayer, bars, restaurants. The surrounding area also offers beautiful trails for hiking, walking and biking among the vineyards. The villa is completely fenced, with private parking and space for bike storage. Two city bikes were also available – great for exploring the surrounding area. Even if we were surprised by the bad weather, the stay would remain pleasant – the spaces are bright, with lots of glass and beautiful views.

The stay in Dobrinja was unique, magical. A charming neighborhood where you can walk peacefully, where time flows more slowly, where the sound of the bell breaks the rhythm of the day - all this made us feel the unique atmosphere of this place. Every day, you could explore another beach, which took 15 to 25 minutes, and after sunbathing, you could relax in a charming apartment decorated in an artistic atmosphere. A spacious apartment with air conditioning and always hot water. The only downside, but not for us, is a lot of stairs. Vesna thank you for your hospitality 😊

Our stay was perfect. The accommodation is very nice, spacious, very clean, well-equipped. Sara and Matko are very nice and responsive. The pool is well maintained regularly and heated when it's cool. We would recommend this listing. The sea is clear, emerald green in places. A boat tour with Matko is also offered to discover beautiful places at sea.

Well-appointed and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on site, we could park e-bikes in the house. Only a few minutes' walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly contact persons! For us, it was “the best place to be” in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

The apartment has everything you need and is perfectly well situated in the harbour with Restaurants, shops, the fish market, etc. Nevertheless it is quiet and you can enjoy the lovely garden with view on the sailing boats in the harbour. Beaches are within walking distance.

Beautiful accommodation with fantastic sea views. Especially the hot tub was a dream in not so warm weather in April. The property is saturated with everything you need. Ivan was very warmly welcomed and was always ready for questions. There were a number of tips on the area in advance. The private tennis court, sauna and bookable massages ask extra luxury. We would definitely book again and again.

The apartment is nicely furnished and was clean when we arrived. We had the unit on the first floor and loved that there is three balconys: one outside the main livingroom/kitchen and two more reachable through a bedroom each. The view of the coastline is unique and breath-taking - the sea only about 50 meters from where the house is situated. We didn't communicate about the number of rooms as we assumed that we rent the whole appartment and one room was locked. As we asked if they could open it, they said additional cleaning fees would apply so we opted against it. Friday and saturday night a beachbar a few hundred meters played loud music until late, not sure if it was a onetime thing or not. Within the week there was peace and quiet. The hosts where easy to communicate with and the flexible check-in was very handy. The private part of the beach has beautiful pine trees which provide amazing shaddow. We're thankful that we got to enjoy this nice space for our family holiday.
