In the basement there is a table tennis, darts, PS4 and kids corner. In the yard there are two more units, each with a double bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The houses are fully equipped, air-conditioned, have underfloor heating and alarm system - ideal for families with children or groups of friends.

Do centra Grada Krka moguće je doći za deset minuta šetnjom uz more. Gosti apartmana imaju svoj dio okućnice, ležaljke, stol i stolice, roštilj, tuš u dvorištu, parkiralište i spremište za bicikle i ostalu opremu. Od vlasnika kuće je moguće iznajmiti skuter, kao i daske za veslanje (SUP) te svoj odmor učiniti aktivnim.

Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Because of its unique vibe, our cottage got the nickname “Love nest” and it is ideal hideout for honeymooners and couples with young children :) We recommend you come by car, we are on a remote part of the island. Krk Island has 80 lovely beaches. You can access our nearest beach on foot - however it is 1km away and a 15-30 minute walk. There is very little public transport around the island.

V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.
