Casa adosada en el hermoso barrio del Albaicín , en una zona muy tranquila con amplias vistas a la ciudad y a la vega. A solo 5 minutos a pie de la calle principal del centro de Granada: Gran Vía. Con todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable: calefacción y aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Agua caliente por gas natural. Wifi y smart TV con Netflix. Parking incluido junto a la casa y de fácil acceso. Todas las estancias son amplias y luminosas y con una decoración exquisita.

The house is well connected to the main tourist attractions of the city, for instance: -Plaza Nueva at 200 m -Cathedral and Gran Vía Street at 450 m. -Calle Elvira at 250 m It also has a private terrace to enjoy spectacular views of the Alhambra and the whole city! Area full of restaurants and bars. Bus and taxi stops within easy reach. For 4 guests, it is the ideal place to get knowing Granada!

All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
