Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Grand County

Carmen was very responsive. Moab (and apparently 100 miles in every direction) had a power outage while we were out to dinner. She called, let us know about the outage, and brought extra blankets and lanterns. She also went to a neighbors and heated up a kettle of water on their wood stove so our kids could have some hot chocolate before bed. Even with the power outage during a cold snap in the winter, we all slept well under the extra blankets. If we go back to the area, we will stay there again.

Perfect location in Moab. Walkable to all local restaurants and coffee shops, while also being very quiet with a feeling of being tucked away from too much activity.

We had a great stay in Moab! The place worked well for our group and was comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked.

Josh's place was fantastic. We came down for an ultra race, biking and hiking with family and friends. It was great to come back after a awesome day outdoors playing hard to a shower, place to hang out and comfy beds. Josh is a good host and was sure to leave clear instructions and responded quickly. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great place to stay in Moab

This place was honestly the best place I've stayed, ever, for an Air Bnb .It was spotless, very well done, with everything you could ever need. It was right off Main Street but still quiet. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful 2 bed 2.5 bathroom house. Beautiful surroundings. Clean. 2 Parking spots available. Easy to find. Clear instructions. Peter responds pretty quickly for anything needed. Has patio with a hottub. Overall a great experience.

Tucked away at the end of a quiet street, this is a perfect location for a peaceful stay in Moab. Everything you need to enjoy your stay, rest and recuperate after a long day of adventures is included. We were able to cook meals, relax in the hot tub, and slept well at the end of the day. Downtown is easily walkable and various locations around Moab are a quick drive. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again during future trips to Moab.

The home was extremely clean and organized. The kitchen had every utensils imaginable. We had enough bathroom, laundry, and kitchen supplies to last us through the week. There were 2 pack and plays available that were very clean! The neighborhood was quiet with great views of the mountains. The house was located within minutes of downtown Moab and about 15 mins from Arches. Emy was very responsive with any questions we had. I would definitely stay again!

Loved how much space there was for parking, we had several trailers in our group and between the street parking and the designated trailer parking area there was plenty of room!

We had a fantastic stay at this immaculate home! The house was spotless and exceeded our expectations with many thoughtful amenities, including bath towels, pool towels, and even shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom—things we didn't expect but truly appreciated. The owner was very responsive when we reported the hot tub was broken, though unfortunately, we weren't able to use it during our stay. The cable in the master bedroom also didn't work, which I am sure it is an easy fix, but it did not affect our stay. Overall, it was a lovely and well-equipped place! Highly recommended!

Peaceful stay just a short distance from the more busy part of downtown Moab. The space was squeaky clean and a lot of the appliances and fixtures seemed new. Bedrooms were bigger than I expected and there is a ton of storage - I wish we had stayed longer. It was such a comfortable place to unpack and relax in.

I loved the stay. Julianne was wonderful and incredibly accommodating. She even gave me tips on things to do during a bad weather day. The place is in a perfect location, you can walk to all of the local hangouts. Highly recommended I will stay there again!

Our family had a great time at Holly's place. We had a question about the stove and Holly was very helpful and proactive about helping us out. The house was very comfortable and we would happily stay there again! We also really enjoyed the Tamarisk Restaurant and would recommend it to anyone visiting Green River.

We had a fabulous trip to Moab and thoroughly enjoyed the house. Everything was so well appointed and the kitchen lacked nothing - a true cooks pleasure to make dinner! We also loved being able to watch regular cable and/or Netflix with ease. Neil and Abbie were excellent hosts.

You can’t beat this Airbnb if you’re visiting Moab! This was a great deal and only a short drive to the main Moab strip. The house itself was very cozy, with all described amenities included. The kitchen was clean and spacious. We had a blast visiting. Thank you Patrick and Angie!!

This was a wonderful location for my family to stay. The place was clean, cozy, and close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

Great location for spending a week in Moab. Lots of space to relax after long days!

The condo exceeded our expectations. The back patio was lovely and had a large table and a newer large gas grill. Everything was clean. We had an extended stay here and cooked quite a few meals and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The mattresses are on the soft side, but that’s always down to personal preference. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. The hosts provided excellent instructions and were very responsive. It was a perfect home base for exploring Canyonlands, Arches, and the surrounding area.

Great place to go relax and unwind after a busy day mountain biking. Access to the double car garage was a super bonus point for being able to store our bikes securely and not worry about tracking extra dirt in. Super friendly and thoughtful hosts. Even had dog water bowl and blanket for use. We would totally stay here again.

The condo was perfect for the four of us! We enjoyed the pool every afternoon. Condo is close to downtown Moab restaurants and activities, and convenient to Arches and highway 191. Definitely recommend it!

Good location, 15 minutes from Arches National Park. Had what we needed at a great price. Josh was very responsive.

Wonderful place to say really nice family area location was close enough to Moab. Only issue was when cooking the alarm kept going off when the oven was above 300° otherwise I will stay there again.
