Whether you’re hiking, biking, climbing, rafting or exploring all the amazing wonders of Moab, this townhome will be your basecamp as your home away from home to relax and enjoy the beautiful views and sunsets that Moab has to offer. Only 5 miles from downtown Moab, 11 miles away from Arches National Park and 36 miles from Canyonlands National Park, you’re close enough to two of The Mighty Five National Parks in Utah, yet far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown Moab. For the price of a hotel room, you can spend your time away in a fully furnished townhome that is stocked with everything you may need to feel right at home while enjoying Moab’s Red Rock Country. This unit has two Master Bedrooms, each with ensuite baths. Enjoy BBQing off the back patio with views of the Moab Rim. You can sit and relax on the two patios equipped with tables and chairs, with views of the La Sal Mountains and Moab’s beautiful red cliff right outside your backdoor. Amenities include a community pool, hot tub, playground, and tennis/basketball court for your enjoyment.  We have TWO assigned parking spots right in front of our Townhome. There also is ample on-street parking for additional trailers, jeeps and RZR’s. We have secure bicycle storage and racks at the entrance of the townhome. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, dishware, cookware and small appliances. Antibacterial gel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has toilet paper, hotel size shampoo, body bar soap and hand soap in the bathrooms. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided) All bed linens, shower towels, washcloths and pool towels are provided. There is a Keurig and regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee or K cup of your choice! HOT TUB & POOL Hot tub will close for the season on Sunday Jan. 3rd, 2022 Hot tub is closed Jan. 3rd - Feb. 17th 2022 HOT TUB Schedule: Feb. 18th - April 7th: ~1pm-9pm. April 8th  -Sunday Oct. 23rd 10am-9pm Oct. 24th - Jan. 2, 2023- 1pm-9pm 2022 POOL Schedule: Opening Date: Friday Aril 8th Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday Oct. 23rd Pool Hours: 10am-9pm daily when open Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees. Pool & Hot tub can be closed due to in-climate weather. Please advise friends/family/renters to shower before entering pool/hot tub. People getting in without showering first makes water dirtier/grimy and requires more use of chemicals.

Our home is located 6 miles from downtown Moab. Arches National Park is located 11 miles from our home, a 25 minute drive. Dead Horse Point State Park is 26 miles from our home, a 35 minute drive. After you visit DHP, you can continue travel to Canyonlands, 9 min. Please be aware that we limit AC to 70 degrees. We ask that you run the dishwasher and take out the trash prior to your departure. Comfortable 3 bedroom/2 bath townhome with full size garage, plenty of parking. 6 guests max.

Arches and Canyonlands National Parks are a short drive from the home and downtown Moab is minutes away with shopping, restaurants, and outdoor outfitters.

Located minutes south of downtown Moab, E Rock's Casita is a single family, private home that offers 3 bedrooms and recently updated 2 bathrooms. The Casita has a vaulted ceiling with an open concept living/dining/and kitchen area, a large dining table that comfortably sits 8, couches to hang on, TV and sound system, and ample outdoor seating on our patio. Guests also have access to the community pool and hot tub. Overflow parking for trailers is across the street. Well behaved dogs ok!

Green River offers activities to check out as well; Museum/Information center, Crystal Geyser, Beach area alongside the river, Golf course, Hiking, ATV trails, River rafting etc. Small farm community, population around 900, google area and miles to your destinations. Home is NOT kid friendly. No pets allowed. Host lives in town.

Su Casa is a unique,well appointed space, just 3 blocks from Moab Main Street.It is close to entrance to Arches National Park, hiking, biking, & all the Moab adventures.It is also just a few blocks to parks, art & culture,restaurants & dining.You’ll love my place because of the quiet neighborhood,totally private,amazingly comfortable amenities,eat in kitchen,outdoor patio& the coziness of the Su Casa Inn. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and friends.

Base Camp

Located at exit #187 on I-70, we are close to Moab, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is great for those who enjoy peace and quiet while enjoying the great outdoors. Pets are welcome with a $25 PET FEE. Just 3 miles north on a paved road are 4500 year old Indian paintings. ATV riding is at your doorstep. The RV park that is next to the house is small and quiet . We are at the base of the Book Cliffs with antelope frequenting Thompson Springs.
