Kristen's townhome was a great base for our mountain biking trip. The garage with bike rack was great for storing the bikes at the end of each day. The property was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. It's close enough to town, about a 5 minute drive to the south end of restaurants. The views are great and the courtyard patio is the perfect spot to chill in the shade.

JeChelle was great in communications. Place was spotless and the personalized welcome message was a nice touch. The hot tub really hit the spot after mountain biking all day. Would definitely stay again if the dates align with our next trip to Moab.

Matt’s place is spacious and clean, master bathroom is huge. The house is well stocked with laundry detergent pods, dishwasher pods and other essentials making the stay just like home. WiFi speed is fast, tested it and was above 400 mps. We really enjoyed the connivence of having a large garage. Matt is a great host, easy to communicate and quick to respond messages. We love the stay and definitely will choose Matt’s place again when visiting Moab in the future.

Was able to access the property a little bit early which was perfect. Appreciated being able to park in the garage and for the extra parking space on property. Close but not too close to town center...very quiet neighborhood. Available sleeping arrangements were nice and quite comfortable.

We had a comfortable peaceful stay. Martha house has everything we needed. Our flight delay, arrived 10:30pm, the whole area was very dark. Appreciate the garage, so that we don’t have to get into burning hot car. Martha communicate well with me. We would love to come back if we ever come to Moab next time

Excellent base camp for Moab adventures. The well appointed kitchen, sunny patio and relaxing hot tub with wonderful views made this a great place to come back to after a long day in the sun. Despite a lot of other people in the neighborhood with big toys, it felt private and was quiet in the evenings We enjoyed watching the moon rise, along with a few bats each evening.

This condo was ATV central and noisy when the guys were starting and coming back. The trucks and trailers were parked everywhere. Condo was very nice and comfortable. The AC was very loud in the living kitchen area. You get used to it. You are on the opposite side of Arches so you have to drive through Moab. Arches was wonderful, and after hiking, it was good to come home and rest here

Nicely appointed place next to the golf course. Great views and nice and quiet. The home was laid out nicely and was ideal for our group. I will look to stay in this particular unit again next time I am in town!

Austin was a great host and his home was just what we wanted for our stay in Moab. It is located just outside of town (maybe a 5 minute drive, not far and super convenient). Parking was easy everywhere Place looked just like the pictures and was free of clutter and CLEAN! Austin provided everything you could need. Well stocked kitchen utensils and cookware for cooking some meals in. There were plenty of pool towels and extra bath towels and linens. Extra pillows and blankets too. My kids loved the pool and hot tub access just a block away in the development. Playground and basketball were also a hit for the kids. Austin had basketball, tennis rackets and more there for our use. He was responsive and offered to give any recommendations we needed. He checked in with us to make sure our stay was just right. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The home is peaceful, well stocked and has fantastic views. The hosts are very responsive. It was a very convenient location since Arches, dead horse state park, cannoyonlands and many other local hikes like corona arch are easily accesible from here.
