I'll be there to help guide you throughout your stay. In case of absence my sister and co-host is available to help you. Located close to Canal Saint-Martin, Place de la République and Le Marais, the neighborhood is full of restaurants, hipster shops and nightlife, all close to metro lines that will allow you to explore the city. 3 minute walk to the Republique metro station and its many lines serving Paris.

Your accommodation, which is approximately 35 m², includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a cabin bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The other part, which is completely separate, is occupied by the owner. View of the Seine and the Regional Park (cherry port), its lakes and its marina.
