Enjoy your vacation in this paradise in the suburb of Munich and u will have an unforgettable trip! The apartment is only 35 minutes drive to the Munich airport and 15 minutes drive the new exhibition centre- Messe. To the s bahn station line 4 and 6 only 10 minutes walk and you can find there all the cafes, supermarket, and so on. With the S bahn 25 minutes u are in the city center. Parking is free on the public street. The apartment is specially kids-friendly- a playground at the backyard.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. We offer here our completely newly renovated, stylish Munich 2-room apartment (56 sqm) as accommodation. It is located in Bogenhausen, about 2 km from the center. Great connection via public transport. Nearest subway and S-Bahn station is 100m away, bus stop is right outside the front door. Shops in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is ground floor with orientation to the backyard and is therefore very quiet. High-quality, well-equipped furnishings. Wi-Fi available.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment.
