The semi-detached house is very well arranged on 2 floors. The house is modern and has all the necessities. There were 4 of us and there was plenty of space. The place is very quiet with a very nice garden area. Bertrand is very friendly and available. We are already looking forward to being able to come back! Fabrice

Perfect accommodation for a getaway with friends or family, total comfort, very beautiful decoration, with a welcoming atmosphere in which you can easily feel comfortable. Fully equipped to have a great time, between the jaccuzi surrounded by sofas and the covered outdoor lounge. Thanks to Frédérick and his wife for hosting us at the top!

Very good stay with Nelly and Michel who were very welcoming, attentive to our well-being and that of our dog. Very well located house not only for access to the beach but also for a nature course in the marshes.

Great house, equipped with everything, clean well furnished: it couldn't have been better. The surrounding garden is large and gives a sense of tranquility. Also great are the spouses who welcomed us. Truly recommended: after a week we would not have left....

Friendly and responsive host Too bad it wasn't hot enough to take our meals on this friendly terrace. An electric grill would be very useful for the outside in addition to the charcoal grill. The proximity to the beach is very pleasant

We had a lovely stay at Bernard's. The place is very clean, functional and nice. The terrace was very nice and the accommodation is very close to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the city center. We hope to come back for our next vacation! So we would recommend this place!

Manon's apartment was perfect for our short stay in Caen. Highly recommended! It was a spacious and well equipped apartment right in the centre of the town with a great view of the cathedral. Charming holiday home, just the size it takes for 1 couple and 2 children. Well equipped. Our 4 year old enjoyed the games / toys present. Very good location, in a quiet area with parking right next door. Beach within walking distance of 10-15 minutes, with pedestrian / bike path. And waterfront walking course ideal for dogs (also allowed on the beach!). Lots to visit in the area. Documents available for ideas for outings, walks. Very good communication with hosts, response to our messages very quickly. We'll be happy to come back!

We had a great time at Laurence's apartment. A big thank you to Anaïs, who greeted us with a smile, was available, flexible and very good advice – especially for the noon restaurant as soon as we arrived. The apartment is conveniently located, with a magnificent view to the sound of seagulls, a real little piece of paradise. We now know where to put our bags down the next time we come back to the area!
