(1 hr 10 min from Le Mans) A comfortable 45 m2 mini wooden house nestled among the trees, in the heart of the Réno-Valdieu state forest, extended by a large terrace and overlooking a beautiful 2 hectare pond. On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

Sleep in a round dovecote near Etretat

Located 15 minutes from Étretat, Fécamp, 30 minutes from Honfleur, in the quiet of the green Normandy countryside, we have furnished our dovecote in the charm of the traditional materials of the region, with comfort and modern decor, our round dovecote will seduce you, for its cocooning atmosphere. A small kitchen is available for you to have your meals if you wish (small breakfast not provided), as well as a shower room with toilet, a pellet stove for heating.

My Preference Pool Sauna

You will stay in a comfortable cottage with an indoor pool heated to 30° all year round, sauna and treadmill, all in a beautiful 100 m2 room. Bed linen, bath towels and adult bathrobes are provided. Ideal for a relaxing or sporting holiday, possibility of tourist discoveries (15 minutes from Mt St Michel, 20 minutes from Granville, 20 minutes from St Malo, Cancale etc.) Discover the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, the Chausey Islands and its salt meadows sheep.

La Petite Maison – Perche Effect

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

In the heart of Val au Cesne, we welcome you to our thatched cottage, a traditional Norman house, which extends over a park of 8000m2. 🌳 The cottage is attached to our house. 🏠 The best✨: Wooded ➡️park where our animals live, and you can feed them directly by hand. The wi fi has now been upgraded to fibre & is rated ‘very fast ‘ As well as the two small lakes there is a dell and bog garden. Surrounding area is excellent for walkers & cyclists. Bikes are available for guests at no extra cost.
