Sleeps 4 on Queen bed (in bedroom) and sleeper sofa (in living room). The apt can sleep 5 if the 5th guest doesn't mind the 2nd couch. Washer/dryer available with advance notice. 55 "TV w/Netflix, Amazon Prime, Roku, HBO Now. Wi-fi access. Desk Kitchen well stocked for cooking. New dishwasher. Extra towels. The apt is set up how we like it when we travel.

Newly renovated and hip two bedroom apartment in the basement of our craftsman home. Concrete floors and kitchen counters. Spacious, brand new appliances including washer and dryer. 950 square feet. One block from Green Lake, which has a 3-mile walking/biking trail and baseball, golf, swimming, fishing, playgrounds, dog runs etc. Green Lake also has many shops, restaurants, coffee bars and services, and is less than 15 minutes to downtown. A cozy private backyard cottage just across the street from Green Lake. Gated and fenced, it's a separate structure from the main house. Small kitchen, full bathroom, and a separate fenced in area for your small dog. Walk to coffee shops, restaurants, PCC organic food, and more. You can also walk or run the lake (2.8 miles around), rent kayaks or paddle boards, or just play in the water. Close to the University of Washington and only a few minutes from downtown.
