For our trip to the North Sea, we were looking for a beautiful and close to nature accommodation and found it with this small cottage. The house is located in a beautiful garden in which a pheasant can also be seen in addition to the hangover. It is heated via an oven, which creates a nice atmosphere in addition to warmth. Gaby and Holger have been very nice and always available for questions. Will come again any time!

Malin & Stefan are wonderful friendly people and it was a feeling of being able to stay with you. The apartment is very tasteful, individually furnished but also functionally thought out with wonderfully comfortable mattresses and good kitchen equipment. Particularly impressive is the forest with garden and the co-hosts the ponnies, chickens and ducks. An oasis in the countryside to feel good!

Beautiful cottage on the lake in a quiet location. Amenities were great and we felt very comfortable.

Achim's house in East Frisia is perfect for a family vacation or group of friends! The many rooms and the size of the living and dining area (open kitchen) offer retreats as well as space for communal activities; the well-kept and large garden is very inviting to play. The barbecue area behind the pond (is fenced, smaller children and dogs are protected) is covered, so even in bad weather you have the opportunity to sit outside. The kitchen is super equipped - like everything in this house, functional and thoughtful! We were there in April and more in the House as planned - the underfloor heating and the conservatory (great views) have beautified our stay there. The location is great: tours to the Great - and Eternal Sea by bike are possible; by car you can quickly get to Emden, Aurich or Greetsiel. In the village, there is also a lot to discover (e.g. museum, tea puffs). - Thank you, Achim!

We enjoyed the house for a weekend with great pleasure and especially the completely fenced large garden. This was ideal for the dog. Communication with Ralph was very good, he responds very quickly and thinks along with how we could still look at Formula 1, for example. We'll definitely be back an x.

I highly recommend the apartment!! We were there with 5 women and appreciated the large living area very much. In the spacious apartment you quickly feel at home and can enjoy your stay even in January. Grete is a very good host, thanks for everything!!!!!

The apartment is well equipped and was absolutely clean! Stephan is very friendly and gave us good tips. I especially love that the two bikes are included. Highly recommended!

It was great. The apartment is small and cozy. Downtown is just a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is very quiet. Marion greeted us personally and explained how to handle the TV. I would move back into the place at any time. Everything was great.

The apartment is easy to find via navigation and also by description, there is a parking lot at the house. In a very short walking distance, you will be at the dike. Emden is about a 15-minute drive, the nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes; road traffic is usually slow. The house is situated in a very densely built-up corner, so peace and privacy are not fully provided. The house has a very elaborately landscaped and beautiful large garden with a very lively and extensive biodiversity of insects and other friendly animals. The apartment is located on the first floor and unless the landlords spend their own free time on site, you are theoretically alone in the house. Sometimes a house or garden fairy stops by, all very friendly. Furnishings: stylish, functional furnishings, see the pictures. Amenities: basic supply of towels, toilet paper, hand soap and kitchen basics such as salt, pepper, oil. Contact: great. :-)

Linda and Stephan's place was the ideal getaway for our family with young children. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in their beautiful, welcoming space. The garden was a true highlight, offering a peaceful retreat with plenty of room for the kids to play and explore safely. The toys and books provided kept our little ones entertained for hours, making it a stress-free experience for us. The kitchen was fantastic—spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed, including a professional coffee apparatus that made mornings a real treat. The hosts, Linda and Stephan, were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, ensuring our stay was comfortable and memorable. We highly recommend their place to families seeking a relaxing, kid-friendly retreat. We can't wait to return!

Extraordinary living space, a little timeless also with a family and feminine atmosphere, really spacious, a beautiful garden around, horses not too far away, easy to park. A real disconnection, super comfortable bedding, finally enough to cocoon a good time with a large kitchen to prepare good dishes. I discovered and recommend in Leer a tea room "Antik Café" Brunnenstrasse. An equally magical place with a welcome atmosphere at tata-cakes. Cakes are made with respect for the art. Quite rare...

What a lovely house with top garden and facilities this is. Whatever you want to do... it's possible here. And everything is also very clearly stated. If you need to know something, you'll get a quick response to your question. Simply: great!

The Reethaus is beautiful and decorated with a lot of love. The sleeping alcove directly under the roof is super cozy, we felt very comfortable. Everything you need is available in the apartment. Christopher is very warm and attentive. Thank you for the wonderful time, pure relaxation!

We had a lovely week with our two children (5 and 8 years) in the cottage on the Schildmeer. We were able to swim almost every day and otherwise explored the surroundings (Groningen, Appingedam, Delfzijl). The amenities are better than indicated: there is toilet paper, hand soap, hand and tea towels and a large selection of cooking utensils and spices in the kitchen. There is no oven, but a microwave where we prepared our casserole. We had a good time and say thank you very much!

Ronald offers a very nice house in the center of merstad. There is plenty of space and the garden with direct access to the water is ideal for families. Even in bad weather, the region offers many opportunities for activities. I can recommend the house and Ronald as a host in any case.
