The "Memmert"apartment is located on the second floor of a Gulf Barn in the middle of the historic center of Greetsiel. From here it is only a 2 minute walk to the port. For a delicious breakfast, coffee or cake you just have to go down the stairs, because the Café Friesenherzis located directly under the apartment in the Gulf Barn. The apartment is perfect for a break for two. On 36 square meters, the "Memmert"apartment offers an open kitchen-living roomwith a separate bedroom.The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need on vacation. The living areais flooded with light from two floor-to-ceiling Velux windowswhich offer a wonderful view. In the large double bed (180x200cm)you can sleep wonderfully under the self-made bed linenFriesenherz workshop. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in showerand hairdryer. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.In the shared utility room (together with Fewo Memmert) you can wash, dry and iron your laundry. As the town center is closed to traffic, we have rented a parking lot for you on Ankerstrasse, which is about 400m away on foot. The small fine studio is about 30 square meters and has a beautiful large south-facing balcony with a large awning over the entire width of the balcony. A morning breakfast can hardly be more beautiful. There is a comfortable sofa bed, as well as a bunk bed for one person just above the sofa bed and the small pantry kitchen is used to prepare Frisian delicacies. One hallway separates the apartment from a bathroom with a shower, toilet and the sink.

The ground floor apartment with terrace is oriented to the west and north with views of the surrounding fields. The bedrooms, the shower room and the separate toilet are located in the rear part of the apartment and are separated from the living room by a hallway. The approx. 33 m² living room with kitchenette and dining table has a ceiling height of around 2.9 m. The cosy sofa corner is the ideal place to relax and a fireplace provides comfort.

It is located in the quiet village of Loquard. It is about 2 km to the dike edge, 1 km to the baker (Rysum), 11 km to other shopping (Pewsum) or 12 km (Emden) The Tidehuus is a good starting point for extensive bike tours in East Frisia.
