Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the district of Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The original flora and fauna typical of the landscape can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. The apartment is about 30 square meters, consists of a bedroom with a bed 140 cm wide and wardrobe, the windows are darkened by roller blinds, an open living room with a 140 cm wide sofa bed and small dining area; small kitchen with fridge, 2-burner stove, sink and microwave combination unit; balcony, as well as a shower room (tub about 15 cm high) with toilet and a small storage room. Final cleaning with surface disinfectant. Bed linen is washed when guests change.

From there, you can get to the following places very quickly: - Old town & downtown 9 min. - Königsallee 8 min. - Central Station in 5 minutes - Messe Düsseldorf 29 min (1 time change) Supermarkets, pharmacies, Starbucks, Mc Fit and a Portuguese restaurant are right around the corner (about 400m) and within walking distance.

Here in Velbert, in the beautifully situated Deilbachtal, we offer a detached holiday home of approx. 60 sqm for 2 people, directly by the forest. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, bedroom with a 180 x 200 box spring bed and is heated with underfloor heating. The living space consists of a living room with 2 sofas, a TV and a dining area directly opposite the kitchen.

Our mobile tiny house, based on a shipping container, was designed to offer top accommodation services while surrounded by nature and animals while being located just some minutes away from the city. Our place is located in the middle of the Neanderthal trail. A recollection of 240 kms of hiking and biking trails leaving from our house or by short driving distance.
