Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Grisons

We had a really enjoyable day surrounded by nature, away from daily stress. The attic is lovely: spacious, well cared for and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We arranged before going up to do the grocery and bring with us some leisure games, as David had recommended, in the afternoon evening, we grilled and enjoyed the nice day outdoors. It was a really nice relaxing experience. The only small downside is that we weren't aware of the presence of a tenant downstairs. Luckily, it didn't cause any issues during our stay. However, when we were in the garden we were afraid to disturb him. It was still not a problem and the atmosphere remained quiet and pleasant. We'll definitely be back to get away from the ordinary routine. Thanks David.

We had a fantastic stay with Nicole and Christian. The house is very spacious and easily fit our group. It is designed in a way to feel very private, and you have a nice big balcony in front with a stunning view of the city, the lake, and the mountains across. The footpath to walk to downtown passes right by the house and there is a bus stop nearby, so it’s easily accessible from Locarno. The house was very clean, and we did not hear any traffic from the road. We really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed to make our meals. Nicole and Christian were very responsive, accommodating, and easy to reach. We’d love to stay here again!

The house is great in. with children. You have plenty of space and the stairs are secured with shelters. Our son (1y) enjoyed the many toys and beautiful books. Olivone is a great starting point for beautiful hikes and particularly beautiful in autumn.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment. The view from the cosy home was spectacular and the area was very peaceful and secluded. We really enjoyed our stay there.

We had a peaceful and relaxing time at Zoé's place. The house is really cozy and well-equipped, and Zoé is a great host, always attentive to our needs. If we have the chance, we'd love to come back :)

Elisa was very kind and a great host. Her place is clean and cozy and the kitchen is indeed FULLY equipped. The Rustico has a privat garden, where I enjoyed sunbathing and listening to the different sounds of nature. It is located a bit outside the village and therefore very quiet, you just couldn't be closer to nature. Still, it is accessible by car and it takes you only 10-15 minutes to go back to the village by feet. From Elisas place you can start different mountain hikes or just go down to the river and relax. All my wishes where fulfilled! I hope to come back one day and spend some more time at Elisas wonderful Rustico.

We were with two dogs in Giuseppe's house, the garden is large and completely well fenced. Very nice hikes possible directly from the house. The house has everything you need, perfect for a nice vacation. Thank you so much for having us and we'd love to come back.

Exceeded expectations! Fantastic location with amazing views. Wonderful access to hiking and activities. So much to do within 10 minutes drive. Complete privacy. Comfortable home with washer and dryer, dishwasher, comfortable beds, balcony, and nice shower. View of the surrounding valley, including the waterfall. Amazing host - provided fantastic ideas for hiking, bakeries, and other activities. Wish we had more than five days and hope to return. Worked very well with 4 people for a larger family. The deck and outdoor space was fantastic. An amazing part of the country made even better by a wonderful place to stay.

Milena was a great host – very friendly and helpful. The place was extremely clean, the kitchen perfectly equipped, the surroundings beautiful with great hiking opportunities. Ascona and Locarno are within easy reach. The flexibility at check-out was particularly pleasant. Absolutely recommended, we'll be happy to come back!

very well equipped and clean apartment. The elevator is about 1 km away, which can be done as an adult in 10 min. on foot. With children, the PostBus is recommended, which runs every 30 minutes. The stop is 100 meters from the house. The car can be parked in the underground car park. For longer stays, the washing machine in the apartment is extremely convenient. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen tiptop equipped. The communication with Alberto was super straightforward and at the response time he was faster than I was myself😀. All in all, a great stay. I'd be happy to come back👍

A cozy apartment with lots of charm - the highlight was the automatic pellet stove, which provided a cozy warmth in the morning and evening. We will be happy to come back!

The accommodation (no. 1, ground floor) in a house with about 7 apartments plus associated infrastructure (ski cellar, leisure room, carport per apartment, garbage separation area, black board with information, laundry cellar) is comfortably furnished in the 80/90s style and above all very well equipped (and everything labeled); especially the modern kitchen (e.g. incl. Fondue equipment). Heating was warm and beds cozy, we didn't have to freeze. Images correspond to reality and everything is well organized. It is located 50 m from the Rhine and only a 5-minute walk from the thermal bath in a very quiet residential area. All necessary shops are also within walking distance.

Everything was as described and the apartment corresponded to the descriptions.

Perfect accommodation with toddler (Brio train, picture books and much more), ideal for a short jump on the lopie (2 min walking distance), Volg for groceries in the immediate vicinity. 100% recommended.

Beautiful surroundings, post bus right at your doorstep. (This is how you can leave the car.) Large house, fully equipped with everything you need! Scorpions can be expected:-) very nice, large outdoor area. Mike was super friendly, will get back to you right away. Absolutely uncomplicated handover. We have enjoyed our holidays!

This home was absolutely stunning! The views from the large windows were magnificent, offering breathtaking scenery throughout the day. The spacious rooms and multiple eating areas were perfect for our group, providing plenty of space to relax and dine together. The recent remodeling added a fresh, modern touch, making the home feel both comfortable and luxurious. We loved the friendly cows that greeted us each morning-it was such a charming and unique experience. The drive to the house was a bit of an adventure, but totally worth it for the peaceful, secluded setting. While the Wifi was spotty at times, it actually gave us the chance to unplug and spend more quality time with family. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway!

Very nice house. Top location. Top view of the mountains. Magdalena was very responsive to requests. Lots of gardening around it. That's why sometimes lawn mower Noise. The road traffic further down can be heard in the morning. Nevertheless, it is then idyllically quiet in the evening and you have the evening seating area absolutely to yourselves. All in all a great house with wonderful excursions in the area

A cute older cottage with a wonderful view. Early in the morning, the sun shone into the bedroom and living/dining room. Andrea was always available for us and very friendly. We would come back back.

Renato is a great and uncomplicated host, he was always available for us and even if only a little thing was missing, he immediately got it for us! The house is on a steep hillside (14% incline), there is a small path to the village (stairs), about 15 min. It is about a 25-minute drive to the lake and the castles of Bellinzone are very close. Renato even got us the first little things for breakfast and welcomed us warmly! We really appreciated that everything was there to take care of yourself (also spices etc) and also our dog was very welcome. We would love to come back! Thank you for everything Renato!
