30 m2 non-smoking semi-basement studio completely refurbished in private house. You have a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, spacious walk-in shower and equipped kitchen. Outside access to the garden with swimming pool, barbecue (in summer season of course) free private parking + garage for motorcycles, located in a haven of peace 15 minutes from Annecy, 30 minutes from Switzerland and 30 minutes from the first ski slopes. Domaine des moulins / The Tower and its Spa

The property is made up of two water mills whose first historical traces date back to 1728. The first mill, located in the tower, was once used to grind grain (wheat and rye). The second mill was used as a sawmill. Its wheel is still visible. You can walk around the 5000 m2 property. The place is bordered by two rivers the Morges (with a 7 meters waterfall in the forest) and the Usses. An ideal place for fishing and nature lovers.
