Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Appartement climatisée de 60 m2 à l’agencement haut de gamme dans l’hyper centre de Paris quartier historique de Montorgueil, célèbre pour ses commerces de bouches, ses petits bistrots et restos. L’appartement se situe au 1 er étage d’un immeuble dans une rue très calme. Il a été refait à neuf en 2023 par une célèbre architecte et donc très bien agencé avec des équipements de très haut standing. Vous y serez comme dans une suite d’hôtel avec le charme en plus, d’un vrai logement parisien.

Profitez d'un logement élégant en PLEIN CENTRE D'Enghien-Les-Bains mais au calme (rue sens unique peu utilisée par les riverains) . L'appartement a été rénové en Juin 2023. Vous serez littéralement au pied de tout les commerces et restaurants (Fouquet's, Mc Donalds, glaces, traiteurs, cinéma...). Tout est à votre disposition dans le studio (boissons, café, thé, vaisselles, wifi, TV 4K...) Appartement temporairement disponible pour 2 voyageurs (+1 bébé) (attente d'un nouveau canapé-lit)

Cet appartement en duplex lumineux (exposition sud) et entièrement rénové en 2022 est parfait pour les séjours en famille, entre amis ou entre collègues. Il fait 130m2 et dispose de 3 chambres spacieuses et de 3 salles de bain. Sa pièce de vie fait 45m2 avec sa cuisine à l’américaine équipée et son salon/séjour. Il est parfaitement équipé (internet fibre haut debit, climatisation, lave linge, lave-vaisselle). Il donne sur une cour intérieur au calme. Linge de maison et serviettes fournis

Appartement cosy à 12 km de Paris et du stade de France. composé d'un salon cocon avec canapé convertible en lit, une table à manger Cuisine équipée. Chambre confortable avec grand lit et 1 dressing, Salle de bain et WC à moins de 2mn à pieds, vous trouverez supermarché, boulangerie, restaurants,... Logement situé à moins de 8 mn à pieds de la gare qui vous permet de rejoindre Paris en 14mn. Logement lumineux et très calme, sans vis à vis. Prix avantageux pour séjour de + 1 semain.

Located next to the Place de Wagram, the apartment is situated in a very convenient yet quiet location, close to the Arc de Triomphe, the Monceau Park, the flea market of Batignolles and the shops of Rue Levy. In a few minutes you can reach the Madeleine, Opéra Garnier, the department stores and Place de la Concorde. The S-Bahn line RER C, just 100 meters from the apartment, takes you to the Eiffelturm in 10 minutes.
