Spacious, bright and quiet 2-room apartment (48 square meters) with all comforts for a few relaxing days by the lake. It's just a 5-minute walk to the beach through the private park. The large balcony (24 square meters) with a southwest-facing location has sun from noon to evening and invites you to sunbathe or have a cozy breakfast or barbecue evening. The apartment has a private parking space for the car and a lockable bicycle cellar. Swimming pool and tennis court are available for a small fee.

Bis zur Ostsee sind es. ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW. Lübeck, Kiel und HH sind gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus möglich.

The apartment has a room of 20 square meters plus kitchen and shower bath. A terrace with separate access. The location is very quiet, rural. 200 meters to the lake where you can swim. It is 12 km to the Baltic Sea (Neustadt), Lübeck 35 km, Kiel 45 km, Hamburg 85 km. Massenat with its lakes and the possibility to rent canoes/kayaks is 15 km away. The nearest regional train is 9 km away. The landscape is hilly. There are many forests, fields and lakes.

Hello and welcome to our cozy shabby-chic apartment, located in the middle of the beautiful Plöner Lake District. Your home is located in the souterrain of our DHH, which is a house built on a slope and the apartment runs to the back on the ground floor. So you still have natural light. Our bright and cozy 2-roomapartment invites you to linger on approx. 42 square meters. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a large living area with an open, modern kitchen, bathroom and two large terraces overlooking an idyllic garden. It is located just 800 meters from the beach and the city center. If you don't feel like going to the beach, you can take a leisurely walk in the adjacent forest and then relax in the communal sauna.

Our apartment is located in Bad Malente-Gremsmühlen in beautiful Holstein Switzerland, just 200 meters from Lake Dieksee and the Dieksee promenade. Here you can - whether as a couple or alone - enjoy the idyllic surrounding nature as well as a variety of leisure activities and relax from everyday life. The state capital of Kiel and the historic city of Lübeck are worth a trip. The Baltic Sea is 25 minutes away.
