Simonetta was really kind, the house is equipped with every comfort, upon our arrival we also found water and some snacks. Really a good experience, if I were to go back to Rome I would definitely contact her

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

Annalisa is a charming hostess. She is very friendly and gave us lots of little tips to make our stay go smoothly. The space was spacious and spotless . The exteriors are pleasant. Parking space is a plus . A bus station is right next to the property as well as a large supermarket . It's very convenient .

The host is very kind and explains in detail how to use the accommodation. It's a wonderful place to stay in nature. Parking was also convenient. ^ ^

A quiet apartment, at the bottom of a cul-de-sac, with a large shaded terrace to enjoy meals outside. Alessandra is very attentive. Great for a romantic stay.

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

A family of 4 (9 and 11 year old boys) all loved this penthouse. The hot tub topped it off for them. The penthouse was a great size with two bathrooms and sufficient size bedrooms. It was well within walking distance to all the usual tourist sights and Stefano was a very responsive host. We all recommend this penthouse & would most definitely stay again.

Cosy apartment with real fire

Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops within walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

This is the prettiest house we have stayed in Italy and the floor to ceiling windows are great for watching the sunset.The washroom and bed sheets were clean and had plenty of heaters.The kitchen utensils and washing machine-related supplies are fully equipped with simple condiments. The house is quiet, the audio with Bose in the living room can be connected to Bluetooth, and the glass soundproofing is great to not have to worry about disturbing the neighbors.The whole neighborhood is quiet and safe.Nearby subway stations and supermarkets are convenient. The host was very welcoming and contacted us ahead of time and asked if there was a need for airport pickup.Finally met downstairs of the apartment to show us the various facilities in the house.Communication in English was very smooth, I had a great trip to Rome, and would choose to stay here if I came back.

We spent a month in the apartment. We had such a good time. The apartment was great. It was modern and fresh. The beds were very nice. The view of the valley was amazing and the pool was really nice. We can highly recommend this accommodation. Please be mindful to follow the instruction on how to drive to arrive at the apartment. Cathy's instruction is very clear and follow it because then you get it right. We did it and it turned out very well. GPS shows a different route. Cathy and Malcolm are very helpful and nice. Absolutely a super host! We are so happy with our stay!

strategic location for getting to both the sea and Rome in a few minutes! the house is clean and cozy, kitchen and bathroom equipped in every detail. We did not meet Daniela in person but on the phone she was very helpful, the check-in was done by Tommaso who was efficient and punctual. If I wanted to go back there, I'd choose it again!

Emilia’s place is in a very good location, perfectly situated between termini and the colosseum and walkable to the main attractions around Rome. There are great restaurants, cafes and gelaterias nearby at affordable prices. The place itself is very clean and Emilia was very accommodating. I would 100% recommend Emilia’s place to friends and family who wish to visit Rome.

We had a wonderful few days at Sabina's place. The apartment was super equipped and had an excellent location. The communication with Sabina worked out very well and was totally friendly. She answered questions at all times and gave us recommendations for the area, open and helpful! We highly recommend the place and would gladly come back.

It is two minutes from several bus stations which is the cheapest and easiest to use of the transport of Rome, there is a supermarket 5 minutes away I would highly recommend it

Experience tunic great service

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

Rosana seemed to be an acquaintance for years, very confident and gave us information maybe for the next visits since we stayed on New Year's Eve and everything was rightly closed... a few kilometers away is the magicland amusement park... she also made us find a beautiful bottle of sparkling red wine from home that unfortunately we forgot... 😂I highly recommend it
